RIKAS Peruvian Cuisine is Los Angeles' newest & hottest Peruvian eatery in the heart of Koreatown. Founder and Head Chef, Jose Baca, began his journey in the kitchen 15+ years ago and now finally has opened a Peruvian restaurant to call his own. It all started in a small kitchen in Peru with Jose's great grandmother, Ricardina. The food served by our family has changed throughout the years but retained its amazing flavors from Ricardina. As you can tell, the name has a meaning to my family and I. Rikas Peruvian Cuisine comes from the seed that my great grandmother planted. After so many years of investing in his own culinary skills. It was only a matter of time before we started this journey. Our menu offers a variety of different dishes and accommodates to any occasion or palate.
